Almost everything in our shop is handmade by Flick, so production times can vary. Most items are made and dispatched within 1–2 weeks. Keepsakes will take a little longer, my current turnaround for most keepsakes is around 4-6 weeks per item.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Mollix Designs is not responsible for items that are delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, or for any resulting inconvenience or expense caused by circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the item passes to the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to, carrier delays, third-party handling issues, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout, or other unforeseen events.
