Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across the whole of the UK. Unfortunately, due to new regulations and fees surrounding the sale and shipment of products from the UK to the EU and NI, international delivery cannot be offered at this time

How long does delivery take?

I'm working on updating the website to reflect dispatch times but most orders will be sent via 2nd class post

How do I track my order?

If your order was sent via tracked delivery you will be sent a tracking number

Returns

How do I return an item?

Personalised items are not returnable however, my main aim is to ensure you're satisfied with your product so I am more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues

How long does it take to process my return?

Once I have accepted the returned item your refund will be processed within 7 days

Can I exchange for a different item?

Unfortunately not at this time

We accept both Paypal and card payments as well as gifts vouchers and instalments
